Interior Design Manager

Lead and manage the interior design function across multiple projects, overseeing the design process from concept to completion. Coordinate with various teams and ensure designs meet client requirements and project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior design function across multiple projects
- Oversee projects from concept design through to completion and client handover
- Manage client consultations, design presentations, and ongoing client relationships
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, furniture specifications, and presentation packs
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, programme constraints, and project objectives
- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, manufacturers, and installation teams throughout project delivery
- Review and approve design outputs, drawings, specifications, and client submissions
- Manage and develop the interior design team, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance
- Identify design trends, innovations, and opportunities to enhance the Casana Interiors offering
- Support business development activities, client proposals, and project pitches where required
- Ensure consistency in design quality, branding, and customer experience across all projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Interior Designer, Design Manager, or Interior Design Manager role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, hospitality, commercial, or luxury interior projects
- Excellent understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture specification
- Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets and client requirements
- Proficiency in relevant design software and presentation tools
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester and the North West
