Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research to understand target audiences and their behaviors. Translate these insights into concrete concepts, hypotheses, and product improvements to enhance digital journalistic experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute insight work among target groups using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Analyze and structure findings, and make them relevant and understandable for product teams
- Translate insights into concrete recommendations, priorities, and product improvements
- Contribute to the design process from an early stage to a finished solution
Requirements
- Experience with UX work, with a focus on user insight and concept development
- Familiarity with methods such as interviews, user testing, and insight analysis
- Ability to translate insights into concrete recommendations, priorities, and product improvements
