Technical Design Manager (Data Centre / CLS)

Lead the end-to-end technical design of Cable Landing Stations supporting submarine cable and terrestrial backhaul systems. Manage engineering consultants and design teams across concept, detailed design, and execution phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical design of Cable Landing Stations
- Develop and review multidisciplinary engineering designs
- Define technical specifications for SLTE, power systems, UPS, generators, grounding, and network infrastructure
- Manage engineering consultants and design teams
- Ensure integration between beach manholes, subsea cable systems, and terrestrial fiber networks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure design
- Strong understanding of submarine cable systems, landing stations, and terrestrial fiber networks
- Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary engineering coordination and design management
- Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, ETAP, and engineering document control systems
