Lead creative strategy and delivery for executive communications, translating complex business information into visual narratives. Design high-stakes executive materials and oversee digital design strategy for internal marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative strategy and delivery for executive communications, partnering closely with senior leaders to translate complex business information into clear, compelling visual narratives
- Serve as a design subject matter expert and mentor within Marketing, setting standards for executive storytelling, visual quality, and brand alignment
- Design and produce high-stakes executive materials, including walking decks, business reviews, investment cases, and board-ready presentations
- Own visual communication for enterprise-wide marketing forums, including monthly all-team meetings, internal campaigns such as Marketing Wins, and training or onboarding materials
- Oversee digital design strategy for internal marketing platforms, including the Marketing SharePoint site, ensuring usability, accessibility, and strong visual engagement
Requirements
- 8+ years experience with Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience
- Senior-level expertise in visual storytelling, conceptual design, information hierarchy, and executive communications
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with data visualization and Power BI dashboard design strongly preferred
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems through design and anticipate stakeholder needs before they are fully articulated
- Strong professionalism and executive presence, with the ability to mentor others and influence without direct authority
