UX designer

The UX Designer will plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, analyze findings, and translate insights into concepts and product improvements. They will contribute to the design process from early phases to final solutions and validate designs with users.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute insight work among our target groups using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Analyze and structure findings, making them relevant and understandable for product teams
• Translate insights into concepts, hypotheses, and concrete product improvements
• Participate in the design process from early stages to finished solutions
• Test and validate solutions with users

Requirements

• Experience with UX design, with a focus on user insight and concept development
• Strong understanding of methods such as interviews, user testing, and insight analysis
• Ability to translate insights into concrete recommendations, priorities, and product improvements
