As a UX Designer, you will manage the UX design and research process, collaborating with stakeholders to establish a design vision. You will also mentor junior designers and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage the UX design and research process end-to-end
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and establish a design vision that aligns with business goals
- Conduct user research to gain insights into customer behavior, ensuring designs are based on user needs
- Develop low- and high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with Fiserv's business goals
