Senior Graphic Designer (AI + Motion Exp)
Brandtech+ Remote (🇮🇳 Mumbai City District, India)
Ideate and deliver integrated digital and social design assets by blending traditional motion skills with GenAI-powered techniques. Use the Pencil platform and other AI tools to create, optimize, and evolve content for high-profile brand campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets
- Design, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets
- Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display
- Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly
- Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts
- Implement brand guidelines, ensuring visual quality and cohesion
- Respond constructively to feedback, using GenAI capabilities to rapidly iterate and improve designs
- Present work to internal teams, confidently explaining how GenAI has contributed to ideation or execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design and GenAI trends
- Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output
- Continuously research, evaluate, and experiment with new GenAI tools
Requirements
- Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills
- Proven Integrated Designer with motion portfolio
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools
- Critical eye for detail
- Strong judgment in evaluating briefs
- Hands-on experience with GenAI-driven ideation
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong retouching skills
- Strong awareness of digital, social, and e-commerce design standards
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to manage projects efficiently
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning, experimenting, and adapting to evolving creative technologies
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Optimistic, adaptable mindset regarding the opportunities and ethical considerations of GenAI
