Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate or relevant work experience
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or certification/specialization in Motion Graphics and Video Editing
- Minimum Experience: 2-3 years, preferably in EdTech, Test Prep, or agency-side roles
- Strong understanding of digital ad creatives and platform-specific requirements
- Ability to generate innovative and trend-driven creative ideas
- Good sense of motion design, storytelling, typography, and color
