The Assistant Design Manager leads the formwork design team in India, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. They are accountable for team performance, workload management, and meeting production targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the formwork design team
- Plan, coordinate, and prioritize design workloads
- Ensure formwork designs are fit for purpose and compliant with project requirements
- Assist the Technical Design Manager
- Manage design deliverables, changes, and priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Construction)
- Minimum 5 years of formwork design experience
- Strong design skills in AutoCAD 2D and 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Well-developed analytical skills
