You will lead a team of Product Designers and work closely with Product and Engineering leadership. Your focus will be on managing and developing the design team while driving high-quality user experiences across complex B2B products.
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing a team of designers
- Providing direction, feedback, and design leadership
- Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers
- Helping establish design processes, rituals, and best practices
- Supporting hiring and team growth
- Driving high-quality user experiences across complex B2B products
- Acting as the bridge between design craft, product strategy, and delivery
Requirements
- Experience managing and developing Product Designers
- Strong product design background
- Experience working on complex software products, ideally B2B SaaS
- Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with enough design expertise to coach others
- Someone who can give clear feedback and help teams navigate ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of UX principles, research, and modern design practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Figma experience
