Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will lead the visual design function, producing engaging designs for digital, print, and events to strengthen the firm's brand. Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, digital assets, and presentation materials while maintaining brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve Cedar’s brand identity, ensuring consistent design language across all channels
• Create impactful brochures, whitepapers, event invites, email templates, social media graphics, and digital banners
• Design website and campaign visuals, including responsive and interactive formats, in collaboration with content and web teams
• Develop visually engaging presentations, event backdrops, signage, and digital displays
• Conceptualize new design ideas and visual themes aligned with marketing and business goals
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted tools like Canva Pro, Midjourney, Runway, and DALL·E to accelerate creative output
• Edit short videos, reels, and animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
• Work with production vendors to ensure accurate execution of print and event designs
• Handle multiple design requests efficiently and deliver on time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a consulting, B2B, or professional services setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software
• Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, and Canva Pro
• Strong portfolio covering digital, print, and motion design
• Skilled in presentation design for business and executive audiences
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills
