As a Senior Product Designer, you will work with major clients in the banking sector to shape their digital product vision and strategy. Your role will involve maximizing user experience value and ensuring that user needs are met through effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Accompany clients in the banque and assurance sectors, playing a central role in the vision and strategy of their products
- Advance with client teams to understand business objectives and propose a design approach
- Collect user data (analysis of user journeys, user interviews, shadowing) and present this information to teams
- Contribute to the product roadmap and vision with client teams
- Use client culture and user data to guide UX reflections
- Animate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders
- Propose user journeys in the form of zoning, wireframes, or other exploitable representations
- Iterate with development teams to ensure the feasibility of user journeys
- Ensure a refined user experience through Figma
- Use design system components to ensure consistency
- Prototype different user journeys
- Write and conduct user testing protocols
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong mastery of Figma
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Lean UX, Design thinking, Atomic Research, etc.)
- Ability to combine UX and UI skills to ensure a holistic product design that balances ergonomics and aesthetics
- Ability to clearly present design choices to different teams (product, development, etc.)
- Curiosity and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools
- Ability to defend design choices while being open to feedback and iteration
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
