Design Manager

Support and lead a design team in creating high-quality static and motion content for global brands across various digital platforms. Collaborate with project managers to execute design briefs and utilize AI tools to optimize production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the design team, providing assistance with creative tasks and ensuring the team stays on track
• Attend project reviews to gain insight into the creative process, ensuring the work meets client expectations
• Assist weekly design team meetings to keep the team aligned and ensure any challenges are addressed
• Assist with the adaptation and localization of content, ensuring that designs meet the specific requirements of each market
• Work with design software, including Figma as well as the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), to create assets as needed
• Support the team by helping to utilize AI tools like Pencil Pro to streamline design production and improve workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with project managers and the creative team to ensure that design briefs are clearly understood and executed
• Assist in creating both static and motion design assets while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and platform specifications
• Contribute to design ideas and help the team create engaging visuals for social media, digital, and other channels
• Assist in organizing design assets and ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Learn and adapt to design trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design, within an agency or creative environment
• Familiarity with key design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Experience in motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender) is a plus
• Ability to understand design principles, layout, and typography
• Familiarity with AI tools like Pencil Pro to assist with design production and efficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of social media design best practices and how to create assets optimized for different platforms
