Design Manager (Façades)

Lead and manage the façade design process from concept through to construction, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and contractual obligations. Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to deliver detailed documentation and ensure compliance with Australian standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the façade design development from concept through to construction, ensuring alignment with project scope, programme, budget, and contractual obligations
- Manage and coordinate façade consultants, specialist designers, and subcontractors in the preparation and delivery of detailed design documentation
- Drive resolution of design discrepancies, clashes, and technical issues related to façade systems
- Oversee compliance with Australian standards and regulations
- Act as the key interface between Design and Delivery Teams, ensuring clear communication of façade design intent, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven at least 5 years of experience as a Design Manager in a similar role
- Relevant qualification in Architecture
- Spanish language skills highly regarded (but not mandatory)
