Design and evolve end-to-end digital products for the banking industry, translating business and user needs into intuitive experiences. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and maintaining design systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital products from exploration to delivery, ensuring coherence between business vision and user needs
- Participate in discovery, ideation, and validation processes
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Create and maintain design components, UI Kits, and Design Systems
- Apply UX Research principles to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements
- Present and defend design proposals to stakeholders
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Experience in design and development of digital products, preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or corporate environments
- Experience with WhatsApp Flow design
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Maze, digital whiteboards, and office software
- Knowledge of navigation architecture, interaction flows, and experience maps
- Experience with Design Systems, design heuristics, and usability testing
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make evidence-based decisions
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes
- Highly visual and functional portfolio with case studies
