Lead the design of Core and Business Insights features, transforming complex data into actionable interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional pod teams to integrate AI-assisted workflows and maintain a high bar for craft within the design system.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design for Core and Business Insights features — from early problem framing and research through to detailed UI, prototyping, and production handoff
- Lead with an opinion on product direction, challenging assumptions with evidence and advocating confidently for user-centred solutions
- Influence without authority across PM, Engineering, Design, and executive stakeholders
- Design for complex data-rich experiences — crafting dashboards, reporting views, and insight surfaces
- Champion AI-powered design workflows, leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and other emerging AI tooling
- Shape and contribute to our design system, ensuring components and patterns scale gracefully across the product
- Collaborate deeply with engineers, working in agile pod teams with a shared commitment to quality
- Connect design decisions to outcomes, framing work in terms of user value, business impact, and measurable product goals
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level product design craft
- An AI-powered design workflow that's part of your daily practice
- Proven ability to influence PM, Engineering, Design, and executive stakeholders
- The habit of leading with a perspective
- A genuine curiosity about emerging trends at the intersection of AI and design
- Comfort working in fast-paced, agile pod teams with engineers and PMs
- Strong English communication skills
