Senior Design Manager - City Assets (MAS280)

The Senior Design Manager will lead and manage the design process for city assets projects, ensuring integration across all disciplines. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders and consultants to deliver innovative and compliant design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process for city assets projects, ensuring integration across all disciplines
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to deliver design solutions that meet project goals
- Ensure design compliance with regulatory codes, sustainability goals, and best industry practices
- Review and approve design deliverables, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources related to design activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in design management, preferably with large-scale city or urban development projects
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and complex project portfolios
- Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, and sustainable design principles
- Proficiency with design software and project management tools
