The Assistant Construction Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design implementation and ensuring compliance with architectural plans during construction. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and resolving design-related issues on-site.
Responsibilities
- Ensure architectural/engineering plans and specifications are correctly executed on-site
- Conduct regular inspections and site walks to assess progress and quality
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related issues
Requirements
- Graduate of Architecture from a reputable college or university
- At least 5 years of licensed work experience related to construction operation
- Focused, driven, and a team player with acceptable oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Adobe Acrobat
