Design static graphics and short-form video ad creatives for Meta and other platforms to boost engagement. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and optimize production using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Design static graphics and video ad creatives for Meta and other platforms
- Edit short-form videos, including hooks, cutdowns, and campaign highlights
- Add motion graphics and light animations to boost engagement
- Collaborate closely with the product lead, head of creative, and marketing team
- Contribute ideas for new visual concepts and campaign strategies
- Explore how AI tools can optimize creative processes and enhance production
- Stay ahead of design, wellness, and platform trends
- Manage projects with high quality and fast turnarounds
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design for performance marketing
- Skilled in After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
- Understand what makes Meta ads perform
- Strong visual storyteller with great pacing and attention to detail
- Curious and open to AI applications in creative work
- Work independently and take ownership of projects
- Communicate clearly in English
