Product Designer

The Product Designer will design and evolve digital products in the banking industry, ensuring alignment between business vision and user needs. Responsibilities include user flow creation, prototyping, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital products from exploration to delivery, ensuring consistency between business vision and user needs
- Participate in discovery, ideation, and validation processes for products and services
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Create and maintain design components, UI Kits, and Design Systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Apply UX research principles (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, business, development, research)
- Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements
- Present and defend design proposals to stakeholders with strategic focus and visual clarity
- Incorporate metrics like CSAT, NPS, and heuristic analysis to optimize user experience
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role
- Experience in designing and developing digital products, preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or corporate environments
- Experience with WhatsApp Flow - Design in WhatsApp
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Maze, digital whiteboards (Miro, FigJam), and office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of navigation architecture, interaction flows, and experience maps
- Experience with Design Systems, design heuristics, and usability testing
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make evidence-based decisions
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes
- Highly visual and functional portfolio with cases that demonstrate challenge, development, process flow, and design impact
