UX / UI Designer (m/f/d)

The role involves creating high-fidelity screens and maintaining the Gladus design system in Figma. It also requires developing wireframes and interaction flows based on user research and product analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity screens and components directly in Figma
- Collaborate with engineers and technical product owners during handoff and QA
- Create wireframes and interaction flows that define user journeys
- Apply information architecture principles to ensure navigation and structure are intuitive
- Partner with technical product managers to understand requirements and push back when the scope would compromise the user experience
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of UX and interaction design principles
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams
- Fluent German and English language skills
