Responsibilities
- Lead Visual Strategy: Spearhead the design of sophisticated and elevated digital experiences
- Define & Uphold Brand Standards: Evolve and enforce brand guidelines across all channels
- Advanced Web Execution & Optimization: Oversee the final build-out of designs within Shogun
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- World-Class Portfolio demonstrating mastery of visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong point of view
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and expert-level skills in digital design tools such as Sketch and Figma
