As a Motion & Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics and visual designs for various digital platforms. You will collaborate with senior designers and marketers to create compelling visual stories and develop design assets that align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and interactive projects
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and marketers to create compelling visual stories through motion design
- Develop detailed storyboards, style frames, and design assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals
- Apply best practices in animation principles, typography, visual composition, and color theory
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, motion techniques, and software tools to keep creative output fresh and innovative
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and present creative concepts internally
Requirements
- A degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling
- Passion for digital design, animation, and creative problem-solving
- Excellent collaboration skills, strong communication abilities, and a growth mindset
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
