Motion Graphic Designer

You will own motion from concept to export, creating various types of video content including brand videos and animated graphics. You will handle multiple briefs and deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations that bring brands to life
• Work with AI tools to generate starting points, explore directions, and move faster without cutting corners
• Edit video content across formats, with a sharp eye for storytelling and timing
• Handle volume without blinking, with multiple briefs, clients, and deadlines
• Self-directed QC, with the ability to notice and fix issues without being asked

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in motion design, preferably in an agency background
• A strong portfolio that showcases motion graphics, animation, and video work
• Genuine AI fluency, with experience using AI video and motion tools
• Tool fluency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Obsessive fundamentals in timing, pacing, composition, and typography in motion
• Volume mindset, with the ability to maintain quality across a high number of deliverables
