As a Product Designer, you will design intuitive web and mobile products while driving data-informed design decisions. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers throughout the design process.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive web and mobile products
- Drive data-informed design decisions for a platform built for logistics franchises, last-mile delivery executives, and network-based operations
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and fellow designers throughout the design process
- Take on complex problems and transform them into simple, intuitive, and accessible user experiences
- Own the design process end-to-end, including research, prototyping, shipping, and measuring success through user behavior analytics
Requirements
- Strong obsession with user-centric design and attention to detail
- Experience in applying user research, validating user needs, and conducting usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
- Good understanding of typography, grid systems, design frameworks, UX best practices for mobile and web, and responsive design principles
- Proficiency in tools like Figma (or Sketch) and modern design workflows
- Experience with AI-driven prototyping tools
