- Own end-to-end design for critical TyrOS workflows
- Work directly with logisticians, planners, and operators to understand their mental models, constraints, and environments
- Design interfaces, user journeys, and interaction models for complex workflows
- Shape and evolve the design system
- Collaborate tightly with product and engineering to scope iterations
Requirements
- 6-10+ years designing complex digital products
- Deep interaction design and IA skills
- Strong visual and systems design instincts
- Experience as a cross-functional partner to PM and engineering
- Proficiency in Figma
