The Staff Product Designer will lead design projects by communicating with product, business, data, and engineering teams to create innovative financial services. They will also participate in establishing product vision and roadmap while identifying and analyzing issues in existing products and services to improve user experience.

- Leading overall design projects and collaborating with product, business, data, and engineering teams
- Participating in product vision and roadmap establishment and contributing to strategic decision-making
- Analyzing existing products and services to identify areas for improvement and providing user experience enhancement directions
Requirements
- Application design and service launch experience
- At least 7 years of end-to-end product design experience (UI & UX)
- Excellent portfolio showcasing typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc.
- Experience in setting project strategy and creating results-based designs
- Clear communication and storytelling skills to convince teams and leadership
