The Senior UX Designer will lead the creation of user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. They will also conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design strategies.

- Lead the creation of user-centered digital products and experiences.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-quality experiences.
- Design and develop interactions, wireframes, and prototypes that align user needs with business goals.
- Translate behavioral data and user insights into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Human-Centered Design: Applies user-centered methodologies to frame problems, ideate solutions, and deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- End-to-End UX Design: Leads the creation of user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align user needs with business goals.
- UX Research & Insights: Conducts user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and uncover innovation opportunities.
- Data-Driven Design: Translates behavioral data and user insights into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs and measurable outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-quality experiences.
- Design Tools Expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for rapid ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
- Design Systems & Accessibility: Contributes to and evolves design systems, ensuring consistency and ADA-compliant solutions across products.
- English Communication: Professional fluency in English, with the ability to present, articulate design decisions, and handle complex discussions with global stakeholders.
- Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated experience delivering impactful UX solutions through a solid portfolio (mandatory for evaluation).
- Financial Services Experience: Experience designing solutions within regulated environments or B2B2C models.
