- Leading design governance, ensuring projects meet minimum standards and resolving deviations with stakeholders
- Providing expert design guidance, training, and updates to strengthen project delivery capability
- Coordinating global, regional, and local teams to align standards, approvals, and operational practices
- Monitor, report, and present design compliance, risks, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, lessons learned, and supplementary guidance materials
- Build strong client relationships and influence outcomes through trusted technical expertise
Requirements
- Degree in architecture or interior design, with recognised professional accreditation preferred
- Proven experience in design governance, assurance, and end to end project delivery
- Strong capability engaging senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Skilled in navigating commercial, regulatory, and organisational environments
- Confident leading multidisciplinary teams across regions and complex programmes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
