Senior Visual Designer (5890)

Design high-impact visuals and storyboards for press events, including keynote presentations, signage, and digital collateral. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure the high-fidelity delivery of assets across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact visuals for press events to support keynote presentation, event signage, web layouts, promo materials, and event collateral (print & digital)
- Develop detailed storyboards and animatics for motion graphics and live-stage sequences; collaborate with motion and broadcast teams to execute
- Translate and apply our client's brand systems consistently across all event touchpoints
- Create simple, elegant design solutions for communicating technically complex narrative themes at scale
- Prepare print-ready files and oversee production specs for signage, printed programs, and press kits
- Maintain visual continuity across multiple channels, ensuring assets meet technical requirements for live and recorded presentations
- Iterate quickly under tight deadlines; contribute creative direction and present concepts to stakeholders
- Provide design QA during rehearsals and on-site to ensure fidelity of visuals in final delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in visual design
- Strong portfolio showing print and digital graphic design and motion storyboards
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Keynote
- Solid understanding of motion design principles and experience creating clear storyboards/animatics
- Experience applying and interpreting brand systems at scale
- Practical knowledge of print production processes, file prep, color management, and vendor coordination
- Excellent visual judgment — exceptional taste, strong typography, composition, color, and hierarchy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver under tight timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of creative AI tools functionality and experience creating high-quality outputs
