The Lead Electrical Design Manager will deliver detailed electrical designs and coordinated construction information across various projects. This role includes producing high-quality design documentation and mentoring junior engineers while managing workflows and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Producing high-quality design documentation
- Collaborating with the BIM Manager to ensure coordinated digital delivery
- Mentoring junior engineers while managing workflows and deadlines
- Representing the design team in client-facing settings
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in electrical design
- Proven track record of owning and delivering design packages
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical deliverables
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools for lighting and electrical calculations
Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
