Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging graphics and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves collaboration across departments to support various marketing and communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms
• Maintain and uphold Gasser Chair's brand standards across all visual communications
• Design and develop digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other online marketing initiatives
• Create digital product mock-ups for customer presentations
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to create product launch materials
• Design materials supporting internal company initiatives
• Assist with product photography coordination, photo editing, image retouching, and maintaining digital image libraries
• Develop graphics and visual materials for trade shows, customer presentations, events, and showroom displays
• Coordinate with external printers, promotional vendors, and creative partners

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative services
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
