Lead the end-to-end design process for core applications, from research and ideation to high-fidelity delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex biopharma marketing problems into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for Solstice’s core applications
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user requirements, workflows, and interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate high-level requirements into beautiful and functional user experiences
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continually improve and refine product designs
- Advocate for the user and help establish and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design language across products
- Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user goals in every design decision
- Contribute to the development of design processes, tools, and best practices as an early design hire
Requirements
- Proven experience designing digital products from concept to launch in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and impact on shipped products
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Cursor, Claude Code/Design)
- Ability to operate autonomously and thrive amidst ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design with stakeholders
- Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions
