Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create a variety of visual materials to effectively communicate the firm's brand and projects. Responsibilities include designing RFP documents, marketing collateral, and maintaining the firm's visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling assets for proposals, marketing collaterals, and client presentations
- Translate big ideas into concise, polished design graphics that communicate vision, purpose, and project value
- Develop and create graphic identity for RMW's special events and maintain the graphic marketing resources
- Strengthen and elevate RMW's branding identity through a visual consistency across print and digital mediums
- Help coordinate, produce, and assemble proposals and other studio/firm qualification materials and graphics
- Produce, record, and edit video content for digital mediums
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with an A/E/C firm or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent work experience
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Benefits
- Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 per year
