Responsibilities
- Define and drive the design vision and strategy for Prediction Markets
- Own the most complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes design problems end-to-end
- Influence product direction and roadmap by partnering directly with senior PMs, engineering leads, and operations leaders
- Establish design quality standards and frameworks that scale across the team and elevate the craft of every designer working in this space
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Proven track record of leading 0→1 product initiatives and shaping new product categories
- Ability to operate at multiple altitudes: equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the details of interaction and visual design
- Strong point of view on product direction with the communication skills to bring leadership, PMs, and engineers along
