Responsibilities
- Set and enforce the quality bar and strategy across all monetization experiences
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staff and Senior designers
- Drive the shift from execution to data-informed strategy
- Own squad-level product and engineering relationships for routine alignment and to influence the strategy
- Partner with Sr. Staff Product Designers on innovation, cross-cutting quality and systems work
Requirements
- 8+ years leading design teams in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience in monetization and commerce with clear business impact
- Strong product and systems thinking
- High bar for UI craft and design quality
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and operate from strategy to execution
