The Design Manager will oversee the design and construction of music venues, ensuring alignment with Live Nation's objectives. This includes managing project scope, schedule, and cost while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concept designs, specifications, and presentations for projects
- Drive project development and documentation with external consultants and internal stakeholders
- Lead implementation of project design direction and standards
- Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with set goals and timelines
- Review and analyze consultants' construction documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- Licensure is preferred
- Management experience working on sports and entertainment venues
- Demonstrated strength in managing and delivering complex projects
- Ability to present project designs and business targets to small and large groups
