The Senior UX Designer will influence the design direction of high-profile digital platforms and create meaningful, modern, and accessible experiences. They will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead conversations with stakeholders to uncover needs and shape solutions
- Design experiences that feel effortless to the end user
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement operational requirements into the design
- Develop innovative ideas and concepts to produce a wide variety of digital products and services
- Create intuitive, visually engaging, and impactful user journeys
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices applying relevant insights to strengthen creative output and innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design across complex digital environments or large-scale redesigns
- Confidence working directly with stakeholders to uncover needs and shape solutions
- Experience or interest in service design and journey mapping
- A collaborative and curious mindset with a genuine love for problem-solving through design
- A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create intuitive, visually engaging, and impactful user journeys
