In this role, you will help shape AI-enabled products and services for diverse clients, working across discovery, strategy, and delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

- Leading and shaping AI-enabled products, services, and operational experiences
- Discovering and analysing user, business, operational, and technology needs
- Generating and validating concepts through experimentation, prototyping, and testing
- Optimising and improving workflows, processes, and end-to-end experiences
- Facilitating and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Experience designing digital products, services, or operational experiences within complex environments
- Strong human-centred design expertise with product thinking, systems thinking, facilitation skills, and an interest in applying AI-enabled approaches
- Strong understanding of human-centred and user-centred design methodologies
- Proven experience designing complex user journeys, workflows, services, or digital products
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities
