Senior Web Designer
Whs Inc. Remote (🇨🇱 Chile)
The Senior Web Designer will lead the design of responsive, conversion-focused web experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs support business goals. They will also be involved in the redesign and evolution of the Willow website.
Responsibilities
- Designing high-converting landing pages tied to campaign goals
- Conducting user research, analyzing competitors and performance data
- Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Planning and running usability tests, ensuring designs meet accessibility standards
- Building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions support business goals and user experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional web/digital design experience
- Demonstrated experience designing for marketing and growth with measurable conversion outcomes
- Hands-on experience designing ecommerce flows
- Experience running or designing for A/B tests and experimentation programs
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped marketing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong graphic design fundamentals
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
