The Product Designer will design and evolve end-to-end digital products in the banking industry, ensuring alignment between business vision and user needs. Responsibilities include user flow creation, prototyping, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital products from exploration to delivery, ensuring consistency between business vision and user needs
- Participate in discovery, ideation, and validation processes
- Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Create and maintain design components, UI Kits, and Design Systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency
Requirements
- More than 4 years of proven experience as a Product Designer or similar roles
- Experience in designing and developing digital products, preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or corporate environments
- Experience with WhatsApp Flow design
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Maze, digital whiteboards (Miro, FigJam), and office software (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of navigation architecture, interaction flows, and experience maps
