The Product Designer will lead design projects from understanding the problem to validating the solution. They will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment between user needs, business goals, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end design projects, from understanding the problem to validating the solution
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research
- Analyze product usage data and metrics to inform design decisions
- Create medium and high-fidelity flows, wireframes and prototypes in Figma
- Collaborate with developers during the implementation of solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and design standards
Requirements
- Solid understanding of UX/UI and user-centered design
- Experience with Figma for prototyping and documentation
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Knowledge of product metrics and usability (KPIs)
- Experience creating flows, journeys and UX artifacts
