Senior Motion Graphic Designer

Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for various platforms to enhance fan experience. Manage multiple projects while overseeing freelance designers and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for in-arena videoboards, LED displays, live events, broadcast, social media, and digital platforms
- Execute motion creative within established brand guidelines, ensuring all deliverables are visually compelling, technically accurate, and delivered on schedule
- Develop motion templates, animation systems, and reusable assets to improve production efficiency across the creative team and external freelance partners
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Cinema4D, Blender, and 3D design platforms
- Deep understanding and ongoing curiosity of design trends
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, etc.
