UX Designer Sênior | Growth | Remoto

As a Senior Product Designer in the Growth squad, you will create intuitive and persuasive user experiences that enhance product value and drive retention and revenue. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design, measure, and evolve user experiences that support growth.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered flows and interfaces to optimize value perception, reduce frictions, and maximize conversion and revenue opportunities
- Map and evolve user journeys (onboarding, activation, purchase, expansion, and retention), identifying critical points and opportunities based on data and research
- Prototype with speed (low and high fidelity), conducting rapid cycles of hypothesis → test → learning → interaction, focusing on measurable impact
- Apply principles of behavioral psychology and persuasive design in an ethical way to improve decision-making and funnel performance
Requirements
- Graduation in Design or related areas
- Experience with UX/UI and continuous improvement cycles driven by data
- Domain of design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar)
- Experience with end-to-end design process (discovery, prototyping, validation, delivery, and evolution)
- Comfort working with metrics, instrumentation, and results reading along with Data
- Experience with usability tests and rapid iteration
- Facility for collaboration in multidisciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Growth)
