Junior - Mid Level Graphic Designer

The Junior - Mid Level Graphic Designer will support Art Directors and Senior Designers in creating original design work for the Paperless Post platform and other branded channels. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce dynamic event pages and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Support Art Directors and Senior Designers in creating, designing, and producing original design work for the Paperless Post platform
• Work closely with the Senior Art Director to support the Partnership Team in creating original assets
• Support the creation and production of cutting-edge design solutions, original and curated content for our newest platform
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Production Designers and other cross-functional teams in all workflow steps
• Participate in regular brainstorming sessions, critiques, and design talks

Requirements

• BFA, design-related degree, or 1-3+ years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer or illustrator
• Strong illustration, design, and animation skills in a variety of mediums and styles with impeccable attention to detail
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, in addition to After Effects fundamentals
• Experience with analog materials such as watercolor, pen/ink and gouache
• An eagerness to continue growing your illustration and design toolkit
• Comfort in a deadline-driven environment, with a strong ability to develop and deliver work in a timely manner and to handle multiple projects at once
