Motion and Graphic Designer

The Motion & Graphic Designer will lead the development of motion-based creative for digital channels and translate static designs into dynamic assets. They will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design across all deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of motion-based creative for digital channels including social, web, and video
- Translate static designs into dynamic, motion-forward assets with strong attention to pacing, transitions, and overall quality
- Create high-quality static design across presentations, social content, branding, and web
- Maintain consistency across visual systems, ensuring cohesive design across all deliverables
- Contribute to creative concepts and visual direction, using references and examples to align teams
- Partner with internal stakeholders including design, content, and strategy teams to execute on creative initiatives
- Own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members as needed
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Ensure files are organized and prepared for clean handoff and collaboration
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in motion design, visual design, or related creative field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of motion principles such as timing, easing, and transitions
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Figma
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and composition across digital formats
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining high-quality output
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback into design iterations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Portfolio demonstrating both motion and static design work required
