Lead the design process for products, balancing user experience, feasibility, and business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and maintain a high standard for design quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for 0->1 products, balancing user experience, feasibility, and business needs
- Conduct user research to deeply understand users' needs and inform product strategy and design decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with PMs, engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to define product direction and roadmap
- Build prototypes and lead activities to communicate product behavior to stakeholders and gain internal and external alignment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Experience designing for data-intensive, complex B2B workflows
- Comfortable owning design end-to-end and working as a sole designer in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to translate ambiguous and technical user needs to concrete requirements and intuitive design solutions
