- Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the sortation and transportation network
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors, and vendors
Requirements
- Experience in design, innovation, research, and development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of design, innovation, research, and development experience
- Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent (preferred)
