Support management and coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams during project development and execution. Assist in monitoring design progress and ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support management and coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams during project development and execution
  • Assist senior design leadership with staffing plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Monitor design progress and support adherence to scope, schedule, and quality objectives
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and constructible
  • Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture
  • U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (required within a defined timeframe if not currently licensed)
  • 8+ years of design engineering or design management experience, with roles of increasing responsibility
  • Technical background as a design engineer in at least one of the typical infrastructure disciplines
  • Experience in design delivery of infrastructure projects from project inception to completion, including support during construction
