Senior Web Designer

As a Senior Web Designer, you will lead the design and user experience of websites for enterprise-level clients in the tourism industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also mentor junior designers and contribute to enhancing the design culture at FareHarbor.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process for complex website initiatives
- Design and build high-quality, conversion-focused websites using WordPress, Figma, and additional web tools as needed
- Apply advanced web optimization techniques to enhance discoverability, performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on scope, resolve technical risks, and ensure seamless implementation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing design, with a focus on B2B environments and SaaS platforms
- 2-3 years of experience in web design, including working with graphic design software like Figma or Photoshop
- Proficiency in web design best practices, with experience in WordPress or similar Content Management Systems
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
